I visited this resort with my family during a major holiday, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The water heater worked well, but the water pressure was quite weak. The room appeared gloomy due to insufficient light bulb, and there was a noticeable amount of dust on the ground, indicating inadequate cleaning by the staffs. Additionally, both the fridge and television were broken, and the sockets were loose, making it was really hard to use any electronic devices easily. The sofa seemed incomplete, still resembling a piece of wood rather than a fully furnished piece. To add to the inconvenience, the lights went out for almost an hour during my stay. Furthermore, The resort lacked both sufficient staff and activities. I highly do not recommend this resort. The overall experience left me feeling that staying here was not worth the high price, as it cost me an arm and a leg.

Accommodation/Room: Understand that the place is old. But they shouldn't reuse the towel that it becomes yellow. Nobody would use it to touch their faces. Secondly, there is a rat sound running around outside the bedroom at night. We was barely able to sleep. Food: The set menu provided in afternoon/evening tastes very good good, but the service is not. Thai Buffet in the morning is a total let down. As compared to their affiliate resorts (Lake Heaven), this place is quite a downgrade with same price.

Large property with some rooms on or overlooking the River. Great for large groups or team building. Lots of activities and the food was great. Staff were nice. Rooms are minimal but spacious. Great AC where I stayed.

Less activities, not as shown on the pictures, old bath rooms in Thanthawan house, old beds and blankets. Should ask for the available activities before booking. Dirty water park. Reception should let customer know regarding unavailable activities. Good service and friendly staff.

Nice place for team meeting that want to have a lot of activity together. There are many activity to do here especially in the activity pond. The houses are a bit old but have very nice riverside view.

This place has both positives and negatives. ||Positive is that the room we stayed in seemed newly rehab. But the food in the restaurant gives it less than 5 points. Overall I have little to complain about with this resort.
